1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LAGBro and the Lucent Pack service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

LAGBro provides AI-powered career, life, and finance coaching for professionals in Bangladesh and internationally. The purchased product is the Lucent Pack, comprising the Lucent Report, the Lucent Brief, and a Harvard-guideline ATS-optimized CV.

3. Digital Delivery

The Lucent Pack is a digital product delivered by email and to your dashboard, following our internal quality review. No physical delivery is applicable.

Your Lucent Pack is delivered within 24 hours of questionnaire submission, on working days. Our working days are Sunday to Thursday. Because Friday and Saturday are not working days, submissions received on Thursday, Friday or Saturday are delivered on Sunday.

Twenty Lucent Packs are delivered each working day, in the order they are submitted. If more than twenty submissions are waiting, delivery of the later ones moves to the following working day.

Delivery timelines are measured under normal operating conditions; see Service Availability below. Where a Lucent Pack is not delivered by the date set out above, see our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Payment

Payments in Bangladesh are processed securely in BDT via SSLCommerz, supporting cards, bKash, and all major local methods. All sales are final subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration.

6. Intellectual Property

All content generated by LAGBro, including the Lucent Pack and each of its deliverables, is for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or reproduce this content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

LAGBro provides guidance and analysis. We are not liable for career, life, or financial decisions made based on recommendations in the Lucent Pack or any of its deliverables. The Lucent Pack is advisory, not a guarantee of outcomes.

8. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Service Availability and Third-Party Dependencies

Our services depend on third-party infrastructure, including hosting, content delivery, authentication, payment processing, AI processing, and email delivery providers. We take reasonable steps to maintain availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Delivery timelines stated on this site are measured under normal operating conditions. Where a delay is caused by an event outside our reasonable control, including outage or degradation at an upstream or downstream service provider, network or internet disruption, cyber attack, power failure, natural disaster, or action by a government or regulatory authority, the stated timeline is suspended for the duration of that event and resumes when service is restored.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users by email where a disruption materially delays delivery. This clause does not affect your rights under our Return & Refund Policy where the Lucent Pack is ultimately not delivered.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
