We collect information you provide directly, including name, email address, phone number, CV, LinkedIn profile, and questionnaire responses when you purchase or use the Lucent Pack.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Generate your personalized Lucent Pack
• Send your Lucent Pack and communications related to your order
• Respond to your enquiries
• Improve our services

3. Data Storage

Your data and uploaded files are stored in a secure private database, hosted on infrastructure compliant with international data protection standards.

4. AI Processing

Your uploaded documents and questionnaire responses are processed by a frontier-level LLM (currently Anthropic's Claude LLM) to generate your Lucent Pack. Respective LLM providing company's privacy policy applies to this processing. We do not retain your data within the LLM providing company's systems beyond the scope of the Lucent Pack generation process.

5. PDF Generation

PDF versions of your Lucent Report and Lucent Brief are generated via Browserless.io. The conversion is processed in real time and is subject to Browserless' privacy policy. As per confirmation from Browserless, your data is not persisted on Browserless servers after PDF generation (GDPR compliant).

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We share data only with service providers necessary to generate, process, review, and deliver your Lucent Pack, and to process payments.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing lagbro.official@gmail.com.

8. Cookies

We use cookies for authentication and analytics (Plausible, privacy-first analytics with no cross-site tracking).

9. Your Rights
